With over three years of recruitment experience, my approach to recruiting echoes the Build-Measure-Learn framework. I aim to test every project's idea, present minimum viable products (MVP) to eliminate waste and validate learnings - and finally deciding to push or pivot with my clients.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting for IT operations roles, focusing on areas such as DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), cloud engineering, application support, and cybersecurity.

Outside of Ambition

I enjoy playing games with my friends, on top of engaging in various outdoor activities such as tennis and hiking. Apart from that, deep diving into psychology and philosophy of management and mental health is another unique interest of mine.
